Working Student (f/m/d) – HR, Office Management & Operations (Maternity Leave Cover)

Do you enjoy managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and being at the heart of a creative, sometimes chaotic studio environment?We are looking for a Working Student (f/m/d) supporting HR, Office Management, and Operations as a maternity leave cover.
What you'll do:
- HR Administration: Assist with recruiting, keep employee records up to date, and coordinate internal communication
- Office Management: Keep our beautiful studio in Prenzlauer Berg running smoothly – from supplies to scheduling and general upkeep. Additionally, you will organize our Christmas and Summer parties and support during client visits.
- Operations Support: Get hands-on with our ongoing projects and provide day-to-day administrative support across the company
What we’re looking for:
- You’re currently enrolled at a university and are available for approx. 20 hours/week
- You love structure, but you’re also flexible when things shift. You take responsibility for your tasks, and thrive when trusted with autonomy — all while keeping a keen eye for detail
- You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a big plus!)
- Your schedule allows to join ****us on-site at least 3 days a week
- You’re available from August 1st for around one year
- Bonus points if you’re curious about what we do as a creative engineering studio and maybe even bring a creative streak of your own - whether in design, tech, or building things with your hands.
